What is FINZR?

FINZR is an independent market intelligence platform at finzr.co, developed by VIO INTEL Inc. It organizes complex market data into structured, observable intelligence. It covers stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, indices, commodities, forex and crypto assets. FINZR is not a brokerage, trading platform or cryptocurrency exchange. It provides market intelligence only and is not investment advice.

Is FINZR investment advice?

No. FINZR does not offer financial advice, trading instructions or suitability assessments, and it does not manage portfolios or execute trades. Its scores, analytics and AI-generated insights do not tell anyone to buy, sell, or hold any security. Users remain responsible for all decisions and outcomes. See the Disclosures page.

What is VIO?

VIO is the FINZR assistant. It opens as a chat drawer and answers questions about assets, FINZR output and how the product works. Its answers give analytical context and never personal advice. Questions to VIO use your FINZR Coins.

What are the main areas of the app?

Pulse is the market dashboard, with sector momentum, macro signals and upcoming events. Screen is the screener, with preset screens and screens you build yourself. Each asset has its own page with price charts and snapshot indicators. Tracker holds the names you follow, your holdings and your holding groups. Radar shows Signals and Sets.

What is the difference between Guest, Member and Pro?

A Guest is someone browsing without signing in. A Member is a signed-in account on the free plan, and an account whose Pro trial has ended is a Member too. Pro is the paid plan, and a live Pro trial gets the same access as Pro.

Guests and Members share one free universe of assets. Pro covers the full universe.

A Guest sees a sample Trackboard and sample Holdings and cannot add, edit or import. A Member has up to 10 Trackboard slots, 10 holding slots and 1 holding group, and compares up to 2 assets. Pro has up to 100 Trackboard slots, 100 holding slots and 5 holding groups, and compares up to 3 assets.

Which assets are in the free universe?

The free universe is 50 US stocks, 25 stocks from other markets, 10 US ETFs, 10 US mutual funds, 5 US indices and 5 global indices, plus 5 commodities, 5 forex pairs and 5 crypto assets. Pro covers the full universe in each of these groups.

What happens with an asset outside my universe?

FINZR intelligence for an asset outside your universe is locked, and assets you save stay in your lists. Pro opens the full universe.

What does FINZR Pro include?

FINZR Pro opens the full universe of assets and gives you 1,000 FINZR Coins a month, up to 100 Trackboard slots, 100 holding slots, 5 holding groups, 20 screens of your own and comparisons of up to 3 assets. Alerts for Sets are part of Pro. The intelligence is the same for every plan; Pro gives you more of it.

How much does FINZR Pro cost?

FINZR Pro costs $15 a month or $150 a year. Paying yearly works out to $12.50 a month and saves $30 a year compared with paying monthly. There is no second paid plan.

How does the 7-day Pro trial work?

Signing up creates a free Member account and does not start a trial. A Member with a verified email starts the 7-day Pro trial from the Avatar menu, using Start Pro trial. No card is needed. Each account gets one trial. During the trial you have the full universe, Pro limits and 1,000 FINZR Coins.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your account stays a Member and nothing you saved is deleted. Your oldest 10 Trackboard items and oldest 10 Holdings items stay active. Any others stay visible and can be removed, but show no intelligence. Assets outside the free universe are locked. Subscribing to Pro restores everything without a second trial.

How do I subscribe to Pro?

Open the Avatar menu and choose Plans. Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Avatar menu, choose Subscription, then Cancel subscription. The cancellation is scheduled and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

What are FINZR Coins?

FINZR Coins are the monthly allowance for VIO and Analyse. Both draw on one shared allowance. A Member gets 10 Coins a month once their email is verified, and Pro gets 1,000. Guests have no Coins and get a small number of free VIO answers before being asked to sign in. The app shows the Coins each answer used.

What are Signals?

Signals are directional-strength signals on Radar, flagged by the FINZR engine for you to analyse further. They are not trading signals and not buy or sell guidance. A Signal lasts up to 90 days, and not every asset has an active Signal at any time.

Signals are open to Guests and Members for assets inside the free universe, and to Pro for the full universe. Verified Members can receive alerts for Signals inside their universe.

What are Sets?

Sets are rule-based baskets of up to five US stocks, shown on Radar. A Set has no fixed holding period. Sets describe how a basket is built. They are not personal advice. Names outside your universe stay locked, and alerts for Sets are part of Pro.

Is my holdings file kept private when I upload it?

Your file isn't saved. Account numbers and contact details are removed before AI reads it.

How can I add holdings?

Members and Pro accounts can import holdings from a brokerage statement as a CSV, Excel or PDF file or as a screenshot, or add them by hand. A Member has up to 10 holding rows in 1 holding group. Pro has up to 100 holding rows across 5 holding groups.

How accurate is the data?

FINZR data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. FINZR does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data displayed on the platform. Scores and Signals are computed by FINZR models from historical data and can be wrong or late.

How do I delete my account?

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@finzr.co.
