FINZR is a market intelligence platform operated by VIO INTEL Incorporated, a Delaware corporation ("VIO INTEL", "we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use FINZR at finzr.co.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account.
Anonymous access: If you use FINZR before registering, Firebase may assign an anonymous account identifier so that we can keep your session, preferences and usage limits, and carry them over if you later create an account.
Information you provide in the product: This includes assets you track, holdings you choose to import, alerts, recently searched assets, saved screens and sets, device tokens for notifications you turn on, and any feedback or support messages you send. The questions you ask VIO are processed to generate an answer. We keep only your most recent VIO conversation, so you can pick it up where you left off; it is replaced by your next conversation and removed when you start a new chat or delete your account. When you import holdings, we remove account numbers, contact details, addresses and labelled names before the text is processed by an AI service, and we do not store the file you upload.
Usage Data: We collect analytics on how you interact with FINZR, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. These events are linked to a pseudonymous account identifier and to your plan and region, so they are not fully anonymous.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect against automated abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
FINZR uses essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, preferences and sessions. We also use Google Analytics, which sets analytics cookies (such as _ga) to measure how FINZR is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
FINZR is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
