These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FINZR, a market intelligence platform operated by VIO INTEL Incorporated, a Delaware corporation ("VIO INTEL", "we", "our", "us"), accessible at finzr.co. By creating an account or using FINZR, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

FINZR provides market intelligence, stock screening, scoring, and analytics for US equities. FINZR is an informational tool — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All data and scores are for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid, non-disposable email address or sign in with Google
You must be at least 18 years of age
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One account per person — duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of FINZR Pro tier, including a monthly allowance of FINZR Coins for AI-powered features. No credit card is required for the trial. To continue using FINZR after the trial expires, you must subscribe to FINZR Pro — FINZR does not offer a permanent free plan.

4. Subscription Tiers & Payments

FINZR offers one paid subscription tier — FINZR Pro — billed monthly or annually. Current pricing and feature details are displayed on the platform. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of FINZR Coins that meters AI-powered features; additional coin packs may be offered for purchase
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use FINZR for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
Redistribute, resell, or republish FINZR data or scores without permission
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring algorithms, AI models, design, and branding on FINZR are the intellectual property of VIO INTEL. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

FINZR provides market intelligence, not financial advice. Our scores, analytics, and AI-generated insights are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIO INTEL and FINZR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for FINZR in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, FINZR data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data displayed on the platform.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of FINZR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
